Request a transcript

Current students will request transcripts using Family Connection.  This can be for colleges, scholarships, athletics, etc.

 

1) Log-on to Family Connection.

 

**To send a transcript to a college you must first add the college to your Family Connection account.**

 

HOW TO ADD A COLLEGE:

Click on the following links:

- Colleges

- Colleges I am Applying to

- Add Colleges to this List

- Type

- Lookup

- College Name

- Add College (bottom of page)

 

HOW TO SEND YOUR TRANSCRIPT TO A COLLEGE:

Click on the following links:

- Colleges

- Transcripts (left side of page)

- Request Transcript for College

- Add Request (next to the name of each listed college)

- Request Transcripts (bottom of page)

 

HOW TO GET A TRANSCRIPT SENT TO YOURSELF: (This is helpful for sending/attaching electronic transcripts.)

Click on the following links:

- Colleges

- Transcripts (left side of page)

- Request transcripts for scholarships or athletics

--Complete the "Transcript 1" request form fields

--Reason: WHAT it is for?

--Date Due: WHEN do you need it sent to you?

--Recipient: YOUR NAME

--Address 1: YOUR EMAIL

--skip all other fields

- Add Transcript Request (bottom of page)

 

HOW TO GET A TRANSCRIPT SENT TO NCAA or NAIA

Click on the following links:

- Colleges

- Transcripts (left side of page)

- Request transcripts for scholarships or athletics

--Complete the "Transcript 1" request form fields

--Reason: WHAT it is for?

--Date Due: WHEN do you need it sent to you?

--Recipient: Type NCAA or NAIA

--skip all other fields

- Add Transcript Request (bottom of page)

 

HOW TO GET A TRANSCRIPT SENT TO ANOTHER ORGANIZATION (not a college)

Click on the following links:

- Request transcripts for scholarships or athletics

--Recipient: Type NAME OF ORGANIZATION

Our scholarship listing on Family Connection includes scholarships mainly for seniors but also for underclassmen.  This is updated daily so please check back regularly!

 

Log-in to your Family Connection

- Click on COLLEGES

- Click on SCHOLARSHIP LIST 

- IF YOU ARE IN 9th-11th GRADE...

--Under "browse a category", select UNDERCLASSMEN

 

These scholarships will be updated regularly, so be sure to check back often for additional opportunities.
